On November 14^th, Ambassador Wang Xuekun paid a visit to Gen. (Rtd.) Kabarebe James, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in Charge of Regional Cooperation. The two sides exchanged views on China-Rwanda relations, bilateral cooperation and other issues. They expressed their willingness to work together and promote practical cooperation in various fields, with a view to elevating bilateral relations to a higher level.
