On September 6^th , H.E. Mr. Wang Xuekun, Chinese Ambassador to Rwanda paid a courtesy call on Hon. Dr. Utumatwishima Jean Nepo Abdallah, the Minister of Youth of Rwanda. They noted the importance of the work and empowerment of youth, and agreed to deepen cooperation on youth entrepreneurship, job creation, manufacturing and cultural exchanges.
