On December 7th, the Chinese Embassy in Rwanda donated a batch of stationery and sporting goods to FAWE Girls School. Political Counsellor Ms. XING Yuchun of the Embassy and Headmistress Sister Eugenia Kairaba of the School attend the activity.
XING said, China and Rwanda enjoy profound friendship and the two people enjoy close ties. 2021 marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations of our two countries. Over the past five decades, China and Rwanda conducted fruitful cooperation in various fields, among which education cooperation is an important highlight. China will continue to support the education cause in Rwanda, and support the efforts of FAWE Girls School, so as to promote the bilateral ties to a deeper level.
Sister Kairaba thanked the donation by the Chinese Embassy, which will play an important role in enriching the recreational life of the School’s students and teachers during the pandemic. She said that this is a vivid example of China-Rwanda friendship. FAWE Girls School will join hands with the Chinese Embassy, to add fuel on the development of China-Rwanda relations.
