Amb. RAO Hongwei Met with Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation

On March 23th, 2021, H.E. RAO Hongwei, Chinese Ambassador to Rwanda, met with Hon. Vincent Biruta, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda. Both sides exchanged views on China-Rwanda bilateral relations, fighting COVID-19 and issues of common concern.
